Dr. Sanjeev Gulati is the Chairman – Nephrology at Fortis Vasant Kunj with 30 years of professional experience. He was previously an Additional Professor of Nephrology at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI), Lucknow, and has also served as Associate Professor of Pediatric Nephrology at McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada. He has extensive experience working at leading hospitals in the UK, Australia, and Canada.
